| Ms. Romdoul Kim is the newly appointed Cambodia Country Coordinator. Born in Cambodia during the genocidal Khmer Rouge regime, Ms. Kim earned a BA in Government from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and a Master's in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore. Ms. Kim was the Director of Government Affairs, Mekong Region, for the Google.org funded NGO Innovative Support to Emergencies Diseases and Disasters (InSTEDD) and established the regional office for InSTEDD in Phnom Penh. |
